Returns, Repairs, & Ring Sizes

• All sales are final. Exclusions may apply in very specific circumstances. Any returns that are approved are subject to a restocking fee, or the restocking fee can be waived for a full refund amount in online store credit.
• All work is guaranteed with regard to fabrication. Should a piece of jewelry arrive with any kind of fabrication defect it can be returned for repair, free of charge. A fabrication defect is defined as any kind of oversight on behalf of the fabricator that results in the jewelry's integrity to be worn. This guarantee does not apply to damages incurred due to negligence or the jewelry not being cared for properly.
• All ring sizes are final and posted in each listing. It is the customer's responsibility to know their size. Any requests for resizing must be approved in advance as each request requires a specific approach. Additional fees may apply.
