Return Policy
Return Window:
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of receiving their item. Returns for store credit are accepted within 30 days. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in original condition

Returned in the original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these criteria are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, customers must contact Yoté Jewelry, LLC via the contact page and provide a detailed description of the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Customers must inspect items upon receipt. Any defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported immediately, with photographic or video evidence provided, to be eligible for a refund or replacement. Failure to report damages within 48 hours of receipt may result in denial of the claim.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are not automatically processed. To obtain a different item, customers must return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued only after receipt and inspection of the returned item. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by financial institution.
All Sales Final Option:
Yoté Jewelry, LLC reserves the right to declare certain items or collections as final sale. Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
